My K700i was fine. When a call came in it would just ask me if I wanted to Answer? and give two choices, yes or no, (on the laft and right of the screen). Suddenly now if I get a call it gives me three options, all in the centre of the screen: Answer? Busy? Answer and Continue? What have i done, please help me!!!! (I tried a Master Reset and I still have the same problem).

I have the same problem. It only started happening yesterday but I get it all the time now. It is very very annoying because you cant reject a call with just pressing a button, you have to scroll up on the joystick then click. Very annoying. What is going on?

Although I do not have the problem that you guys are experiencing, I know that on my k700, you can decline a call by pressing the volume button on the side of the phone. Hope this helps! Let us know!!

Yeah I've also noticed this as well. Every now and again, it presents you with a different answer screen with the 3 options described already. I thought maybe it was due to the phone ringing while not at the standby screen, like being in the middle of writing a text message, but I've just tested that theory and it's not the cause.

Answer and Continue?

Sounds like the phone is in the middle of something else. Are you connected to GPRS or something a the same time?

Just a guess!

This just started happening to me too, I thought it might be related to call divert / call waiting options but I've messed around with those options and had no luck, has anyone worked out how to fix this problem and get the normal answer screen back?

Spooky, this problem started happening for me yesterday. I haven't messed about with any diverts etc., and I wasn't using GPRS or anything at the time the call came in. I've just done a quick test in the office and the yes/no function is back. Also called myself whilst using GPRS and this gave the yes/no option as well.

This has happened to me a couple of times and seems to be related to using either the media player or the radio. Really annoying as when it happens and you are using the handsfree, pressing the button on the headphones doesnt answer the call!!
