Hi, I am looking for a good piece of software just to resize Mpeg4 videos, I really can't find any, and I'd appreciate it greatly if someone knows of somewhere, where I can download it! Thanks!

Video can't be simply resized (I mean the actual mpeg framesize not display size). The process of reducing framesize in video is actually the reencode (decode -> processing -> encode). You have to set the parameters for a lot of things (framsize/framerate/bitrate/encoding tools) and only good combination of parameters will produce good looking video at reasonable filesize.

All I said is not to scare you or anything but to encorage you to research more on this topic (esato have a lot of thread about this already)
