> T610 reception problem

I recently broke my screen on my T610 phone by dropping it, so i replaced it with a new one which works fine however since replacing the screen my reception has been really bad so much so that sometimes it cant find the network. I lost the power button from my phone aswell when the body of the phone came apart which i have not yet replaced . Is there something ive done when replacing my screen or is there a chance that ive damaged something when the phones been dropped .

The aerial or the panel must be damaged. Bring it to an se service soon. Do u have warranty? However, for such accident it wouldnt help much. Do u have insurance?

It could be that you didn't put the aerial back into place when putting the phone back together after you replaced the screen. I had a similar problem with a T610 I replaced a screen on - I don't think I clipped it into place properly, or dislodged it when putting the black aerial cover back on. If the phone's out of warranty (and I suspect it may have invalidated it anyway when you replaced the screen yourself) try taking off the aerial cover and see if the aerial is fixed securely in it's housing, and is flush and clicked nicely in place.
I put the aerial back into place on the T610 I fixed, and the signal was perfectly fine after that!

There is an internal antenna, that has to be in the right spot. My guess, when repairing the screen, the antenna was either dislocated or damaged.

Thanks for the replies. Now i have learned what one looks like ive realised its not there, must have come off when my phone fell to pieces. if you know where i can get one please let us know.
