EMTS sucks!!!!!
i went there to get my t68 upgraded, first they said that they had to keep it over night coz they had so much to do, then when I came to pick it up they couldnīt find it then they dissapered for twenty minutes, suddenly they told me that it had broken down during the upgrading so i would get a new one. Then they dissapered for another twenty minutes!!! then i finally got an new one, but when i got home I noticed that the volume slider was broken and the joystick was not new at all it had scratches on it and a lot of dust at the bottom!!!
I really wonder what happend????
what do you guys think??
(btw we are talking about EMTS i Gothenburg)

A friend of my got two used exchange units from them. On one of them the YES/NO buttons were all scratched up!
When he asked for a new one they said they didn't have any new ones in the shop (or all the others). He had to wait for a couple of weeks.

I went back there yesterday and they said that they would look in to it. And they told me to come back to day. But this morning they called and said that the problem was bigger than they thought so i would get a new one, BUT they didn't have any in stock and wouldn't get any for at least a WEEK!!!!!
now i'm really pissed of!!!!!

I have had 4 models of the T68m, all used.
A total of 6 phones, because:
1 -->> New when I bought it.
2 -->> 2nd handed
3 -->> " "
4 -->> " "
5 -->> " "
6 -->> NEW T68i, but LED wasn't right.
