Hey,

Shouldn't the K700i screen go black after awhile once you plug in the charger? Or do the screen and the buttons light up ALL THE TIME during the whole charging period? Mine lights up all the time even in power saving mode (-->during the charging period).

People tell me that the SE T610 screen and buttons light up when you stick in the charger, then the screen goes black during the charging period.

Also, I know this sounds retarded, but does it hurt the K700i phone if the screen is always lit up during the whole charging period, or if it's overcharged...since the screen always say "charging" and you never know when it finishs or stop???

Relieve my paranoia...

Thanks,

you must change the backlight from being power saving (which is the default when you buy the phone) to automatic...this way the light will automaticlly go out

If the phone is on, and you're charging it, then it eventually goes to the clock screen saver (if you changed the setting). But if you're charging the phone with the power off, then you're gonna have it on that bright, white screen.

Phone is full when the batt indicator stops moving. It's also impossible to overcharge, so leave it on charge overnight if you want. Also, my screen and key lights go off during charge.

is that the technology used by SE's battery, that even the bat indicator stops charging it would not overcharge if still plugged in..
