Is it possible 4 me 2 upgrade my firmware myself? i have a z600 and have never had the firmware updated! Aint got a clue where to take it in 2 b updated either!

on 08705 237 237 give them your postcode and they will tell you where the nearest service centre is who can upgrade your phone
since its presumably still under warranty its better to let them do it

Personally, I'd suggest leaving the firmware alone unless the phone's playing up - there's no point in taking up technician's time doing firmware upgrades where there's no need whatsoever!
