Is it possible to use Mp3 or wave tones for your ringtones on the 700i, I haven't got one yet but am trying to decide,thanks....

Yes, you can, unless you buy the phone from Vodaphone or Orange.
Those 2 companies wont allow you to use sounds files unless you buy them, from them.
