Hi,
I have an email account accessible by pop3 with lycos.co.uk - i use the correct server names - pop.lycos.co.uk and smtp.lycos.co.uk and it dont werk!!! any ideas?

First go to the MS Dos command prompt on your PC. From there type ping and then the address of either the SMTP server or the POP 3 server. You should get a numerical value back. Up to 3 digits, then a dot, then more digits etc. Make a note of the two results you get back.
Enter the numerical values on the T68 and it should work. The T68 only likes to have the POP3 and SMTP server info inputted in number format.
