hey
If you recieve a sms with a picture included, how do you save it? Is it only possibly to have one personal picture for background?

You can find it in the manual of the phone I think.
I believe de T65 from Ericsson can also save EMS pictures
send with SmartSMS, pretty cool!

is it on the left of the screen ?
If yes, it is nokia messaging, and you can't save it or foward it.
PS : officialy Ericsson don't support nokia messaging, but in fact, you can RECEIVE pics from nokia's phones.
