if u have the IMEI # then you could try to report it to the carriers. T-Mobile, Voda, O2 etc....
they will probably black list the phone in an effort to reduce mobile phone theft and its resulting violence.

@xxkennethxx - Where did you lose your phone mate

I thought back there that you are from the US of Europe perhaps

But knowing that you live here in Manila, consider your fone thrown into the sea with a bunch of sharks in it

All hope's gone now I think, you just can't report that to the proper police authorities, they will just milk you with some amount of money saying that they will locate it for you, who knows maybe one of their accomplices have it

As I visited the Alabang Town Center/Metropolis - telecom centers, talented celteks there can change the SE Z600's IMEI, but not yet with that of your SE P900

I guess the the one who stole your fone will also have some difficulties using it when you manage to block it's IMEI at an earlier time thru the help of the NTC. Your best choice is to go to the NTC and have it reported, just bring 'ALL' the pertinent documents needed, specially the box of the P9 ! Have it blocked at once, unless the sh*t has the software of changing it's IMEI. Before going to NTC you have to get an Affidavit of Loss 'certificate' from your municipality.
Wish you all the best here mate. If you are planning of having a high-end fone now, better wait for Globe's or Smart's next best deal celfone promo. It just so happened that the recently concluded promo will come to a halt this friday, and the best SE fones P9 and K700i were already taken since day 2 of it's assumption to the buying public

, that's why I just settled for a Nokia 7610

Plan 1.2K/month for 2 years, with free 550 sms/200 mins. airtime/month with initial cash outlay of Php 2.7K - 1.5K for the fone and an advance of one month subscription fee.
Good luck with your dilemma mate

Well if you do not have a provider than I suggest you do no solicit illegal advice in illegal matters.
