When I syncronize my K700i with Outlook, I want that the Calender afterwards should look exactly as the one in my computer did. How do I do this.?

how do you mean? you want the phone calendar to look physically like the outlook calendar or do you mean the calendar entries and content themselves?

well I wanted to be sure because in the most part I don't see any difference. The text is transferred correctly

can you give an example?

Yes.

For example:
I have deleted an entry in Outlook and then syncronize, then I want that it delets that entry in the phone as well. So after syncronization I want to exactly the same entries in my phone as I have in Outlook

ah so its not the actual text in the entry but the whole entry itself.

in "sync station settings" have you ticked calendar to enable the sychronisation of the calendar? and also chosen the correct outlook calendar to sync with.

In the settings for calendar sync you can also specifiy the number of days before and after the current date to sync so check that too

I can't think of any other reason why it should not sync correctly

It does the syncronization, it's just that I want the entrys to be the same regardless of whats in the phone before. If I have entries in the phone and not in outlook when syncronize, I want it to delete it from the phone.

ok so now its becoming even clearer. you always want to override the whats in the phone with whats on the computer?

in that case go to the 3rd tab of the "sync stations settings" called "Full synchronisation" (probably something different in swedish of course)

tick the first box called "Force full synchronisation" and choose the second radio box which says " Kepp all items in computer and override items in phone"

unfortunately this will apply to all sync items (contacts, tasks etc) unless you uncheck those from the sync

I hope we finally got there now

That's what I want to do

I will test that later when I come home, thank you.
