I have just bounced my p900 down the road like total prat and it now looks horrid.

Do I pay £30 quid and get a replacement cover and fit it myself, if so can orange tell if I have changed the cover should I send it to them at a later date, thus voiding my insurance?

Or should I send it to orange (and pay £15) say it is totally broken and risk getting a second hand phone covered in similar dints and scrapes.

God I am such a skin flint, I just dont like getting ripped off thats all.

What do you all think?

Try to make more damage but be carefull don't do any stupid thing.I think if you brake the screen they will give you a brand new one.
Good luck!

whilst i dont think they admit it, as far as I know Orange are very good for that sort of thing if you say "I dropped it" they will generally swap it out for you anyway...

Dont think they enforce the cosmetic damage rule..

And Ive also heard that if you havent claimed before they may not charge you the excess....

ask orangeman...
