Everyone must agree that the stylusses (stylii?) that come with the Pxxx phones are a bit small and flimsy.

I've found a great way to make a fancy one. Take a posh looking ballpoint pen, unscrew it and remove the refill.

Then get hold of a candle holder, the small plastic ones that stick in birthday cakes, and snip the bottom off it.

Insert this into the ballpont pen, and wedge it in place by cutting down the refill to size. Hey presto a natty, easy to hold stylus.

I know it's a bit Blue Peter, but I'm happy with my new black & chrome stylus.

But it's another thing to carry round & doesn't fit in the holder obviously.
I like the normal ones but I do use other things if I already have them in my hand e.g. a bic biro usin the end of the lid works well

PS: @ methylated_spirit
stylus'suseseses! I like it, but styli is more pronounceable

Tried this - but couldn't get it to clip back on to the side of my P800. Any ideas?

@ SPC Very funny!!!

If you can carry a 150 gram+ phone, I'm sure you are strong enough to carry a biro too!

I agree it's another thing to carry around, and I don't bother taking it with me when I pop down the pub for a swift pint.
But it's handy at my desk. It's much more comfortable to work with something that isn't too light. The rubber grip on the pen is nice too.

The tip is like a small pointy cone of plastic. Not much diferent from a normal biro really, just plastic. And old bit of plastic you can wedge in the end of a pen should work.
