> Ir remote control on k700

I am under that the k700 has ir support in java unlike the t series. If so is it possible to make an ir remote control app like that for the p series. Or use the p series one. I know the range would be short but is it possible

Well done and thanks for the useful post.
My point being the search function has it's problems, as indicated by the thread you posted. I've spent ages trying to find info that I've read previously but often find it very difficult with search.
Anyway it's not like I asked how to get the screen saver clock on or whether I can use MP3s as ringtones.
Actually I was just commenting that if you're refering to another thread it's probably best to put a link to the thread cos finding it using search can be difficult at the best of times.
A fair point I think.
Although for some of the more repeated questions I can understand the comment about using search as dozens of threads can be found.
