First off, I apologize if this is in the wrong forum, this is my first visit. Well, I am new to this WAP thing and I need some help. I recently upgraded a cell of mine to a Sony Ericsson T610. I've just finished reading through the instruction manual and read about WAP. I registered the thing at SonyEricsson's website and received the install thing on my cell. I pressed yes and now three options appear when I go to Connectivity>WAP Options>WAP Profiles. Under Add Profile?, it says T-Mobile GPRS, t-zones, and MMS. (I'm under a 400 minute T-mobile familyl plan in the U.S.) I was told that I should add a profile for the GPRS, but there I encounter a problem.

After entering my name for the profile, it asks for "Connect Using:(giving the options New Account), t-zones, t-mobile backup, and t-mobile GPRS.

When I click on New account, it gives the options GPRS Data and GSM Data.

I am also prompted to give an IP address, which I do not know. I apologize if this message was a bit confusing, but any help would be appreciated. Also, is the service free?(Provided that I download from websites that do not charge for ringtones, images, etc.)

OK, from the home screen:

Go to Main Menu, Connectivity, WAP Options, WAP Profiles, Add Profile

Name it whatever you want.

Connect Using: t-zones (GPRS)
Ip Address: 216.155.165.50

Then after you have created the profile, go to that profile, and "edit"

Advanced
User ID: user
Password: wap

Then, for Second account: T-mobile Backup (GSM)
and Ask Before Use: whateer you want (i prefer "ask Me" )

and then you can set your homepage from the wap browser

Thanks a bunch man. Just one final thing. When I go to Connect using, there is no t-zones(GPRS), just t-zones, T-Mobile Backup, and T-Mobile GPRS.Which one do I choose? Sorry for the hassle. Also, this is free right?

t-zones

i meant that t-zones is a GPRS account and T-Mobile Backup is a GSM account
