Not sure if this is the correct place but here goes.
When someone calls or texts me and there in my phonebook why doesent it show there name? It just displays there number and i cant remember everyones!
Im sure you must be able to turn this on? Pretty stupid if i cant!

Is it a T68? because you didn't post what phone you were using. If the picture or name doesn't show up, it is because maybe you haven't saved it to the phone because i know previous SE phones require you to save to the phone since they keep the sim phonebook and the phone phonebook seperate.
Not sure if I helped but your problem was described kinda vague.

Try activating either sim or phonebook as default. If you have both active they conflict and just the number appears :-D

Did you transfer your SIM information to the phone's memory? You have to manually transfer all your contacts from the SIM card to they phone's memory in order for the caller ID to work as it's supposed to.

If you have in your phonebook contacts with name then it's show the name, if you call a number who hasn't you in your contacts then it's show only the number, so simply it is.
