every time when I press "ONLINE"key,I have this message:"GPRS FAILED,...TRY AGAIN OR CONTACT YOUR WAP SERVICE PROVIDER"
My initial intention...to use my T637 mobile modem.
Please help!

I am assuming that you have signed up for a compatible data plan with your service provider. (AT&T or Cingular I assume since it is a t637.) Many of the data plans that are offered these days work for mobile internet on the phone, but will not allow packet data sent to the phone as a modem. If you have a compatible plan there may be some more assistance if you use the search and check how to use a t61x phone as a modem.

this forum may be of some assistance. Also check the SE website to see if there is modem configuration software for Mac.
