Hey guys,
great site, it's been the most useful so far!
i bought a fawlty SE headset in the UK and had a bollocks of a time trying to get it replaced in South Africa, does anyone know who to get hold of at SE to address this? its a major concern as my company is based in both countries and i cant travel every time i have an issue like this!

did that already (after bending over backwards to get hold of them)
emailed from the website, and had no reply yet, also called Sth Africa head office but they don't really seem to care.. would like to get hold of someone who makes decisions about this kind of thing, because it's ridiculous!
