> T39: Saving pictures from texts

Help please!
I received a picture in a text message the other day, and decided I wanted to use it as a background on my T39. So as the manual says, I saved the image, hoping it was going to appear in My Pictures.
It hasn't, basically. Has anyone else had this problem?

OK, but how can I save it to My Pictures?
The T39 manual says highlight the image in the text message, press Yes and then choose Save Picture.
There is no Save Picture option, just a standard Save that simply saves the text message.
Help please!
