I recieved my K700 this morning, thought i'd put some pics up to show the branding on the phone. It doesn't seem as if they have heavily branded the phone.

If there any other pics you would like just let me know, i will post them up.

Pretty much identical branding to that of my previous T630 on T-mobile, looks like they've just changed the internet icon to the t-zones icon.

That t-mobile theme is horible thou, and i bet you can't delete it from the phone

hmm yup they dun their usual 2 it basically - change the logo at to bottom from quickshare 2 t-mobile and yes they have changed around their icons. the 1 thing which wud really piss me off is that they have changed the softkey in stand-by to T-zones from more. Im happy that ive left T-mobile and now have a basically unbranded O2 K700. How much did u pay for your K700 on tmobz??

Yeah, i does look like the've replaced the shortcuts button with t-zones - why oh why do voda/t-mobile/orange do this! There is already a button for wap on the side of the phone plus the one in the menu.

My virtually unbranded 02 k700i has this menu and its the first SE to have it (previous t610 & t630 on Vodafone and T-mobile) both had live and t-zones icons there and now i've got the shortcut menu i find it so handy for switching on things like bluetooth and IR

Got my K700 on T-mob yesterday, all is fine apart from the poxy right softkey!! They even delivered it next day before 12, which i was very surprised at!

To make things even worse, I think they have created the softkey as an image, rather than text. This means when you change themes to anything other than the t-mob one you get the button with a pink block around it......it looks absolutely awful! Completely spoils the look of the themes!

Has anyone else seen this on theirs?

I've just returned my K700 on Orange because of all the issues with Orange Branding, was thinking of taking on T-mobile because at least you can use the shortcuts function and play mp3 ringtones (and I get a retailer staff discount on line rental - which I can't get on O2 - otherwise I'd buy from them before anyone asks!)

Shame T-mob still have mucked up the right softkey - that business to do with it not changing colour when you change theme sounds horrible - can anyone else confirm that is the case.

Can anyone confirm that shortcuts and mp3 ringtones work on t-mobile version (branded)? and does the t-mobile version have shortcuts on the phone 'desktop' like the orange branded one, and if so can they be removed?

Thanks

Dan

You can def play MP3 ringtones on the branded T-mob phones. The right soft key does link to T-zones. They have changed 2 icons on the main menu, same as they did on the T610 - see the pics above.

Appart from that they have their name stamped on the outside in a few places, thats about it!
