> K700i (Orange UK) Answerphone Problem

Not sure if anyone else has encountered this or knows why it's happening. My battery died today and I received a call before I could get it recharged so of course it went to answerphone.
I called Orange answerphone (I have the Wildfire service) and could listen to the message ok, but when I tried to say 'throw it away' to delete the message nothing happened. I then noticed that the call status was still 'connecting' rather than 'connected.'
Does anyone know why this is or how to get round it?

But mind you I dropped that incoherent woman ages ago she sent me and my callers crazy!
A great idea, but after your callers hear the line; "I don't recognise your number, let me record your name so I know you in the future" everytime they call, it gets a bit annoying
