Hidden in todays outstanding Q2 report from Ericsson was numbers on how much the Joint venture Sony Ericsson attributed to the profits of Ericsson.
Sony Ericsson gave Ericsson a nice 500 Million Swedish Kroner in profit for the 2:nd quarter of 2004. (~70M USD)
Sony and Ericsson must finally be happy their baby is walking on its own

Ericsson made a 7.8 billion crown ($1.05 billion) pretax profit in the April-June period, beating a consensus forecast of 5.5 billion on the strength of cost cuts and rising demand.
