> P900 MMS Problem on Vodafone
Bookmark topic
You should be aware that Vodafone currently has a problem (they are now aware and awaiting a fix from their suppliers) with MMS messaging from a P900.
When you try to send you will get to about 94% then you will get a message saying unknown error and saying the send has failed it has not!
I tried sending a friend a picture last night and had about 12 failures thinking it was a network fault I called Vodafraud! I was first told “it’s your MMS account” so they sent out new settings, no difference, I called again and was told my phone had not updated, no difference the guy finally decided to check if there were any known issues with P900 and hey presto there it was posted on their fault board! Do these people just not think logicaly!
I then got a call from my mate asking why I sent him 12 messages. I called vodafraud again this morning and asked them to credit me for the messages as the failure wastheir fault and I will be something like £4 out of pocket, I was told we can’t see your account for 72 hours! so you just call us back then and we will see what we can do! (Never heard of real time systems Voda? With the money you waste on Man U and F1 you can certainly afford them)
I pointed out that if I told my customers to call me back when I made an error in business I would have few customers left and that they should use their CRM systems to call me back they never seem to miss me for marketing purposes, funny that!
