> Why cant my p800 download .sis files?

I need a solution to myproblem. I am currentlyusing WAP over GPRS on mybuilt-in internet browser. Ihave no access to my pc, soi am trying to downloadsome software through WAPto my phone but it seemsthat it dont work. Though allringtones/wallpapers can bedownloaded normally. Impissed off at the fact that icant download .sis files.....Why is that & is there asolution. Thanx.

i am using wap over gprs (Cellis) and i can download fine But:
1)Download must be Bigger ones r not allowed
2)Sometimes and i mean sometimes some files will be 0 KB in size and so i can't download them,i couldn't find a solution for that

it won't work it needs a full internet gprs account (u know that one that cost a min of 29$/40 MB) A wap account won't work i've tried everything (proxy etc.)
But if u want to access MSN messenger on wap try that link i use it everyday on my p800

Man thanx alot. Thats really nice of you. Oh BTW do you know to which folder these files are downloaded? I checked alot of folders with the file manager, but i cant seem to find these files. Plus if didnt save a downloaded file on my phone, would it be deleted automaticaly? Peace.

They r saved in
c:\system\apps\browser\storage\cache
but with different name usually a number like 156767 without the sis extension
i can easily spot them from their file size so if i've downloded a 60 kb file i search for a file with this size in this folder and i open them with Sman and it will be installed ,easy
the file will stay in this folder until u empty the cache in the internet browser preferences or the cache is full and it will start deleting files automatically
