From about 2 weeks ago, I cannot sync my P900 with Outlook. The calendar sync freezes when it reaches updating 254 items. I have chnaged the sync settings to only sync 10 days past and future but this has no effect. The sync manager then freezes the whole computer and even task manager (ctr-alt-del) has no effect. I once got an error message which stated 'Internal error 413-could not create instance- restart the computer/of mroute access point'. I have uninstalled and re-installed the sync software provided by Sony Ericsson with no change to the sync problem.
Any advice please?

Sounds like one of the calendar entries has become corrupted and is causing the syncstation to crash.

If I were you I would back up my phone, back up outlook calendar, then delete all your entries and see if it sync's ok.

If it works with no entries then just restore from the outlook backup and sync with the phone, or restore the phone backup and sync with outlook. One or other of these should sort the problem out.
If it still wont work you might have to rebuild you calendar, or delete items one at a time until you find out which one causes the sync to fall over.

Good luck.

From outlook? I asked myself the same question before but couldn't find a quick solution. Maybe you can try to archive your calendar and set the archive-age to 1 day old. Then delete the archive file (.pst or .ast I think) when you're done archiving. Not sure if it's effective though

Thats easy!

Just use the different "views" available.
Go thruog them and use "select all or Ctrl+A, then delete or drag'n drop to another folder (a backup can be nice to have).
