I M Using Sony Ericsson P800 And Haven't Encountered Any Problems Using It Past 5 Months.
But Today When My Battery Was Nill My Mobile Switched Off Automatically.
And Than After Charging For A While When I Tried To Start My Mobile It Was Not Starting.

The Problem Is That When I Turn On My Mobile The Sony Ericsson Logo PLays On The Screen
And Than Screen Goes Blank And After 1-2 Second The Screen Lights Up And
Shows A Animation { A Yellow (Not Sure About The Colour Of The Triangle) Colour Triangle With This Mark "!" On It And
Other Animation With A Small P800 Type Mobile Photo Along With A Small Circle On The Side With "10" Return On It Pointing
Towards The Power On/Off Button Of The Mobile Alternatively Blinks On The Screen.

When I Went To The Sony Ericsson Service Center A Person There Told Me That This Problem Cannot Be Solved.
He Told Me That 95% This Problem Cannot Be Repaired And Other 5% Is On Your Luck If It Works.

He Told Me That This Mobile Will Be Useless If Problem Not Repaired.

So Please If Some One Can Help Me Than It Will Be A Great Pleasure For Me !

Press the Power button for 10 seconds until it powers off. Then Power on.

I have seen this yellow sign a coulpe of times on my p800. Usualy nothing helps until i remove battery and put it back again. After this phone works ok

Like I wrote on my previous post press the Power button for 10 seconds until it powers off. Then Power on.

You dont have to remove the battery. Just do as I mentioned before and will work ok.

It will be a good idea to istall the latest firmware as well.

As I Told Even After Switching The Phone Off By pressing The off button for 10 sec. the next time when I start my mobile it shows the same error.

I Have went to sony ericsson service station and they did tried to reinstall the whole software but it dint worked.
they told me that this mobile wont be repaired. You will have to replace the whole pc {Main motherboard of the mobile} which will cost me 17,000 Rs. Whereas The Price Of New Piece is 18,000 Rs.

Someone plz help me wht should I Do.

Atleast someone plz give me the email address of sony ericsson customer support. I tried to find the email address at sonyericsson.com but dint found.

I got this yellow triangle too and powering off and on does not do anything. When I removed the battery, waited for a few seconds and then put the battery back and re started it worked.

Ive done this 4-5 times and it works for me
