Just solved it...

The below assumes you've paired the phone to the mac, and gone through Bluetooth setup assistant and selected the phone as a modem.

Go to http://www.taniwha.org.uk and download the SE GPRS scripts.

Put the scripts in you Library/Modem scripts folder

In network settings, go to the bluetooth configure and under bluetooth modem select SE CID 3 script from the drop down.

Now go to PPP tab and enter orangeinternet as the phone number. Leave the other fields blank.
Now, on the phone... This is the magic touch...

goto Connectivity/data comm./data accs./orange GPRS internet/authentication and check None, leaving the others unchecked.

And that should do it!
