> Problem to sync p900 with outlook calendar
Bookmark topic
i´m not getting to sync my p900 with outlook calendar, instead of the correct configuration.
I could sync with contacts, memo, e-mail, etc. but the calendar didn´t work (existing dates are not sent to the phone).
I have tried with outlook 2000 and outlook 2002 running over windows xp professional.
Does anybody can help me?
Thanks.
Rogério

Have you checked your Sync Station settings and ensured that the Calendar is selected/enabled and that the correct PC software (eg. Lotus Notes, MS Outlook, etc) is selected in the Calendar's pull down list box?

Do you have multiple calendars? Also I've got collegues at work that had difficulties using it with Exchange (Outlook connected as the client) but it worked fine with POP3.

rpacis, I have verified many times the configurations and I´m sure all the configurations are correct.
khaosspawn, what do you mean as "multiple calendars"?
I´m using only outlook 2002 calendar, but I´ve tried with outlook 2000 too. I have no other PIM installed on my PC.
Only the calendar don´t sync.
Jah, I´m using latest versoin of sync software from Sonyericsson (2.4.1)

That's your problem then. You have to have Outlook as default for mail also (I know it's weird) to be able to sync the calendar.

Yes! you must have outlook as system selected mail software.
The sync software just aks the system for its primary mailsoftware. And in your case the system would answer that outlook express is selected to handle all mail.
After that the SE sync software just sync the mails (if selected) becuse OE dont have a calender etc.
Adjust theese settings in the controlpanel in the Internet settings and the last tab named "Program".
