hi guys!
as a t630 owner,my greatest cause that push me to replace it with a k700 is the speaker volume...
voila, yesterday I tried a k700i in the shop,I went naturally to profile editing and put the volume to 8 (the max),I then listened to the ringtones and they were very low!!!no difference with the t630!
now a guy told me that the +/- button on the side of the phone can increase the volume far more, but I didn't know if this can increase the volume permanently when someone call me or it returns to the low volume ?

Yes the ring tones are very low when you are testing them in local mode. However, when somebody actually rings your phone - then they are much much louder especially if you have them set on the highest setting.
This one caught me out when I first had the K700 too - I thought they were going to be too quiet for me. so I put the volume control up to its highest for the ringtones - and then nearly shot out of my seat when somebody rang me, it was that loud!

Couldn't agree more with you Carrie, when i tested the ringtones i was very disapointed but when the phone actually rang i thought the whole neighbourghood could hear it a huge improvment over my old t610
