> k700 or GX30

Right, heres the situation...
i currently own a GX30, unlocked to 02 (legally,cough) and its kitted up, 128mb sd card, mp3s n the lot, i love it and wont deny that, the screen, loudspeaker and camera are amazing as anyone will agree
BUT
I just love Sony Ericsson, posting this here it bound to be biased but still, i have the option to pass my gx30 onto my sister and get a sim free k700, it will cost me but im prepared to do it, 3d games, themes, sony ericssons feel, its all too tempting!
So im asking you guys what would you do...
If you would post any problems. pros. cons or anything that might be helpful it would be appreciated,

I know sony are great and everything, but technically the gx30 is better than the k700

hi well i had a gx30 on voda and i can safely say ive never been so disapionted in a phone it should hve been great but thu software on it is just awfull and they made bluetooth useless on it. i got them to change it a a k700 and im much much happyer with it, i do miss that screen but to use the k700 is a far nicer experience

This is an easy question. You like the features of the GX30 but want them in a SE phone.
Wait for the S700 coming in Q4 of this year. No point in going for a K700 when you're using to 1mp size pictures, and expandable memory.
Its worth putting up with the GX30 for a couple more months until SE release their first 1.3mp camera phone.

good suggestion
if i was in ur situation i would keep the GX30 mainly for the reason being i would have the money to get the K700. Sure the Sharp has a great camera but i would rather be walking around with a SE K700

We know (except blurr) but its not really a big difference anyway.. is it ?
The S700's pictures are dramatically better however. It must have a better sensor or something.

thanks for all the advice guys, im going through with it and getting the k700... if i decide that i want the s700 then ill have to sort my sister out and sell them both lol! but no seriously, is there anything else i need to know bout the k700, which firmware to avoid etc??

Nah, just buy it from a good shop like CPW and it'll be hassle free. There are some bugs in all the current firmware, but expect them to be fixed in a couple of months.
