> k700 problem

I had my k700i firmware updated on thursday (r2e) and all is been good up to last night.
Now i had a buyer for the phone so i put it on charge for about 5 hours then done a master reset(not a full reset). The phone wouldn't boot again all i got is a white screen,i took the battery out for a hour and put back but still no joy
it just won't boot ???
Taken to CPW today and they tried to flash phone but with no joy ??? Lamers !!
Now its going to be sent back to
which can take up to 10 working days but not 100% could be longer
the phone was only 3.5 weeks old.
Beware of the master reset!!!!

I had that exact same problem with my T610 a few months back. The way i got around it was by simply starting the phone up, when it froze on the white screen i plugged it into the charger, waited a few minutes, and after a bit the phone realised it was on charge and displayed the charging symbol.
Whilst charging i switched the phone on, then back off and it unlocked it for me.
