> K700 doesn't show picture on incoming calls

My wife's K700 doesn't show the picture of the caller for incoming calls. It used to, but suddenly it stopped working. If I go into the contact list, I can see that the contact is associated with the right picture.
What can be wrong?
I think I'm onto something. Instead of showing the picture it shows a menu with three options (translated from Swedish):
-Accept (Answer)
-Reject (Occupied)
-Answer and continue (?!)
If I remember correctly, earlier on she could accept/reject incoming calls with the two buttons to the right and to the left of the joystick, but now she gets this menu instead. Any ideas?
