I am deperately trying to connect my Ipaq to the internet using my K700 as a modem.
The setup worked perfectly with my T630. The settings on the phone are as follows.
apn: mobile.o2.co.uk
username: web
password: password
dns address: 193.113.200.200
cid = 3 (i am using the 3rd lot of settings in my list)
Any settings I have left out are set to default.
The ipaq initiates a connections to the phone but then fails to dial out using the *99***3#
I will try to speak to O2 data support tomorrow, but in the meanwhile, camn anyone help?

not sure what yours is like in terms of settings but i will give you what i use on my 5450
In the general modem settings, i havn't entered any I.P addresses, or DNS address.
Modem : BT dialup modem
Baud Rate: 115200
number: *99**#1
Proxy settings
Tick box, this network connects to the internet, leave others blank.
Then go to dialing locations, followed by dialing patterns and enter a "g" into each box.
That is all i use and it works fine. Also as it uses the proxy settings on the k700, the gprs cost is free.
On Phone,
change I.P address to 193.11.200.195 in interent settings and leave blank in data comms
User names on phone should be
O2web, password = o2web when in data accounts
o2wap password = password when in interent settings
