eerm might sound stupid here, but how do i get a picture of my phone under my name and posts???

lol, this has been asked many many many times before, and can be found in a couple of places on the site.

After 10 posts you get a very faint picture which becomes more solid after xx more post. You ca change the picture by selecting the avatar in your profile
