> Official SE repair center Belgium in Brussels

Having some troubles with my one week old Z600 I had it reset and a sw reinstall done this morning. Although the problems weren't solved. Because the person of the SE service point who did the sw reinstallation in Bruges couldn't help me more than he did & because he thinks it's probably a hardware problem I've been told my phone should be fixed by the official SE repair center.
Having the experience it could last more than 2 weeks before I would get my phone back if I had it sent by the SE service point/shop, I would like to hand it by myself over at the center in Brussels. The problem is I don't know where the offial repair center is (not a service point, but the official repair center!) I called the SE customer care line this morning. I could barely understand the operator. The only few words I understood were: "....co (company's name), Boulevard... 25, Brussels, it's a big building. you can't pass it without seeing it"
Does someone now the companies names and/or it's address plz?
Thx a lot
Baptiste

I did not know it is the official repair center, but from the two or three syllables you could hear, here is the address:
Abelsco, 26-28 Boulevard Anspach, 1000 BXL.
But don't be too optimistic about a rapid repair, their lab is somewhere else in Brussels (and they don't want to tell where), so it will take 1 or 2 days just to bring it there. I know, I wanted to have a simple fw update for my z600 and they told me it would take 3 or 4 days.

Abelsco, indeed, thx!
I have called these guys at the Boulevard Anspach, and as you already had mentioned it will take 3 to 4 days to get the phone back. If you only want a sw upgrade, I would call SE (02/745.16.11) and ask for a Service Point. They have several listed. at a service point the upgrade can be done in 20min!
To solve the mistery: I have found their 'secret' repair center
Abelsco
Paepsem Business Park
Boulevard Paepsem Laan 18 D
1070 Anderlecht

Yeah it's because they repair all the phones of Benelux so they had to move elsewhere, it took 30 minutes before ( the time for haircut
) ...
But I'm glad that SE is making home software upgrade on the phones now

It's a shame they moved their atelier, because before easy tasks (upgrades etc.) were done almost instantly 'upstairs'. So convenient: bring phone in, have lunch, pick it up.

Thanks for their workshop address. Wonder if we can go directly there as an individual.
Yes, I know there are several service points. At least, there is one just at the corner of Place Stéphanie and Chaussée de Charleroi. I went there and the guy could not do a fw update, athough he has all the tools: he simply cannot use the PC program to do it.

but the boss at Abelsco said that they will leave a computer upstairs for software upgrade and only that, looks like it will never happen ...

Jim, have you been to abelsco web site?
It is under construction for more than a year now. There is just a picture of the shop, not even the address or a phone number. What's the use of such a site? That's

Yeah I know, but it's a good thing that it's closed, the design sucked big time, especially the navigation bar !!! and it took them months before updating the "comming soon" list.
Wonder if the visit cards still has the url to the website
.

A SE phone operator told me it is possible to turn in your SE phone at their repair center. But when I called the Abelsco shop, and I asked the guy if it was preferable to bring it to Anderlecht (repair center) the guy was shocked. He prefered that I would bring it to the shop so they could take care of it.
However I'll go to Anderlecht.
I hope my phone will be fixed quickly. I bought it 9 days ago.
