Bookmark topic
Hi all, I got a T68i a couple of week ago and since then i can't connect trough GPRS to any wap site. I'm getting a "GPRS no access" and massages of that kind. Once, I got a GPRS connection, but when i tryed to connect to a wap site it said "GPRS failed" since then there was no connection at all.
I tryed the SE site to configure the wap service and it doesn't work, I tryed the service proider (Orange in israel) both manualy and throgh an SMS and it still doesn't work.
what should I do, please help.
Thanx.

"GPRS failed"
This could be a provider setting that has been modified. After using GPRS for 2 yrs on my T68, I noticed I was getting this error frequently. After a few calls I later found out my provider was upgrading their WAP gateway and this had broken GPRS connectivity for older handsets (even if I was using the internet profile as a modem). I switched providers, no more problems
Or perhaps its more simple and there is an issue with your bill?

Sometimes GPRS with my T68i just don't work. Phone only says "connecting...".
I live in Estonia and I am client of EMT. One important specialist of EMT says: EMT knows that some models of (Sony)Ericsson have that kind GPRS-problem. BUT THEY DON'T KNOW for sure, why.
So sometimes it helps when I switch the phone off and the on again. Or I select the home network again and manually. Or I can ask EMT to reset my number from network (to "throw out" from network, so I have to "log in" again).
