We appreciate your support to our mobile phone product and pls take the comments below for your reference.

1. Yes, there is plan to put K700i/c to the compatible phone model list of SEUS (Sony Ericsson Update Service) and the service is only available for P900/8 and GC75 for the time being. We shall keep you informed with any useful news update via E-mail if you do not mind.

2. The latest software version (R2J015) for K700c has just been officially released for the local Service Center, pls bring the 3 guaranty card, official invoice and ID card with you as well as the phone device for the upgrade service. There are 2 Servcie Centers in Shanghai and the latest software supposed to reach the second Service Center in a week.
