These *power* drinks, longterm, are not good for you, you are far better on a healthy diet and some good, clean, FREE exercise instead of wasting your money on stuff that doesnt do much apart from make you feel less tired for an hour

YES and thats exactly what i need them for.... but thats not the point. I know were to buy them .. but i need to talk to the company about a thing ..
and i use them only when im tierd at the morning instead of coffee which is't healy for you any way .. and it taste a disgusting

Sobé is good. I sometimes drink it before working out or playing frisbee as it keeps me energized longer and I end up getting a better work out.
