Hi! I wanna know how to buy things from ebay. Im from slovenia and im wondering how much will be the postage of product- for example t230, lets say about 100 USD. Is it safe to buy from there? Can anyone please explain how this works?

Its a 50/50 risk. Take a look at the sellers feedback to find out if they are reliable.... the higher the better. Also paying by PayPal can be a bit of a bugger!
