I badly scratched my P900 screen, took it to a service centre, told me £75 for a new screen, told em I cant 2day, they then agreed to replace it under warranty, lol...

They just told me while under warranty anytime screen gets scratched they will replace screen free, I love SE...

You've gotta be careful with these 'insurance' companies or shops.
gf had the same experience with her Samsung (ear piece stopped working). Tried to charge her £50 excess to fix even though it's under warranty.
