For a firmware update that is all you need just the dss-20/25.
Unless you mean actually flashing the phone which you won't be able to do.

no you can not flash your phone using a dss-20 or 25, but you can do a firmware update when the online update facility is released by SE

just go to your local SE service point and they'll update it for you.
at this moment only the P900 can be updated online.
unless you've got a special cable and acces to the /// serve (which isn't legal to be honest, so forget about this idea)
