> Can't backup P900 using PC Suite?

Just trying to back up my P900 and can't seem to get it working!
I have installed the PC Suite and got the phone connected via BT Serial Port, i can browse the P900 via my PC and send it files but when i go to the backup and restore all the options are ghosted out?
I tried installing the software again but it still isn't working? It did work originally using all the same software, any ideas anyone?

Everytime i try to load it. there comes a mesage up saying that i need permission to use the software, then it askes me to input a Username and Password.
The Username is set to "admin" however i have no clue about the password.
Can anyone help me so i can get the program up and running?

i had trouble after installing bugme and/or tracker on autorestart. try disabling tracker's autostart, since that would cause the backup to fail about half way thru.

Cheers for the advice mate.
Im just gonna uninstall tracker and give it a go since i don't realy use it much anymore!
Ill let you know if it resolves the problem.
