I've found it using sman! I don't know if it's easily possible to copy files to the internal drives, but anyway it's in: [Z:\system\programs] and it's called "Screenblanker.exe" if you can obtain it and copy it to Z:\ (never tried) do that, or else backup you phone and re-install your software. Hope it helps

As far as I know, Z drive is a ROM drive. You cant write to it normally, you have to flash it
