could someone help me... i have accidentally deleted some data accounts on my K700 and am now getting connection failed when trying to access web or email, i've re-downloaded the wap settings from sony site but still getting same error, are their some O2 specific data settings i need?

Get them downloaded from the o2 website. Thats where they will be most uptodate. First of all delete your old accounts so as not to get confused.
