Ok, on the k700 handsfree unit, is the right earphone the short one?
On the HPR-20, the left earphone is the short one, and the right earphone loops around the back of your neck. K700 seems reversed

Yes the right one is the short one & the left is longer, as denoted by an 'R' and an 'L' on the respective earpiece
