i dont think so, it's browser is wap version 2.0. When you go to the site of SE, it will say that it has detected a wap and html browser because it is capable of prowsing light-HTML pages or the so-called xhtml just like my old t68i...anyway, i have a query, does it support mp3 files as ringtones or wav?

Hi,
Well Yes! The K 700i plays MP3 Ringtones for about 35 seconds..!
WAV files above 16 Khz are compatible and can also be used for ringtones..But its better to convert the WAV to MP3 so as to save space..!

yes it can browse htm sites on the internal browser. My site is fully written in html, and i have also been able to look at much more complex sites, that the t610 couldn't
