> converting mp3 to midi
Bookmark topic
ive got a k700i and lots of ringtones on it (both mp3 and polyphonic). however, im starting to run down on space (god i wash they put expandable memory on it but its ok

). I have got a couple of polyphonic ringtones but most of them sound "off-tone" and not timed correctly but they r much smaller than mp3's.
i was wondering which programs do you suggest using to convert mp3's to midi's as they r much smaller and i dont really mind the quality difference aslong as it still sounds like the song.
thanks
Edit: just found ts-audiotomidi. was bit complicated but then found out how to do it. however, the quality was realy rubbish. are they all like this?

They all suck! I tried dozens of programs like this one and wav2midi but none of converted midi wasnt even similar to the original mp3. To edit midi files use psmplay.
