Java are technologies invented by Sun Microsystems. Sun basically provides three kinds of the Java language:

J2SE - Standard Edition for your PC.
J2EE - Enterprise Edition for servers.
J2ME - Micro Edition for PDAs, mobile phones and other limited devices.

These three are not compatible if you want to do something useful. They do, on the other hand, look very similar to programmers.

Re your question about the T230: I cannot find any information on what game platform this phone supports. It might be J2ME or it might be Mophun. It does run games, though...

No T230 doesnt support java games or any java apps since there would hav been a separate menu r some sub-menu by name JAVA or APPS. Besides JAVA s not on the spec sheet. This message was posted from a T230
