hello, i tryed to install agile messenger instead i got a message saying i need to install ecam compatibility... where can i get it??? thanks1

beats me, never had problems with agile

As far as I am aware you need a later version of the firmware on the phone to use agile messenger and phillips camcoder.
You cant update the firmware with the cradle. It has to be done at an SE service point.
