How do you store your codes, usernames and passwords?
There are quite a lot of personal and/or private information that you have to be able to remember in one way or the other:
- Entrance codes.
- PIN-codes to bank cards.
- PIN- and PUK-codes to mobile phones.
- Usernames and passwords to countless internet websites.
- Usernames and passwords to computer accounts at home and at work.

Personally I use papers and pen so far, but I'm not fully satisfied with that solution, at least not in the long run.

I had the paper and pen thing on the go but it got kinda difficult to explain to the missus...
Just using the same password and username for most things these days... Bit daft really.
As for pin numbers and/or other random numbers i feel the need to remember, i keep in the notes section on my phone! Again, a bit daft but there is never an explanation for the number, just a number... Normally i can remember which is which once i've read it.

I use my head, the best storage medium there is :) - generally I use the same username/password for all websites. Bank account numbers, PIN codes etc are all stored in my head since I Remember them after a couple of uses.

i too use the same log in/password combination for everything less 'important' (such as forums or 2nd or 3rd or 4th email addresses

)
I know my bank PIN by heart, same for my phone PIN.
Phone PUK is still in a closed envelope and stored in the box that once contained my phone, next to the manual.
But I need to alter my password for a few work applications every 30 days and I tend to store these in my Outlook calender every time I go away for a while, because those i will definitely forget

as soon as i walk out the door

What I have done on a couple of occassions is make an entry in my address book with a phone number that 'contained' the PIN code somewhere in there.
Say if your PIN is 4569, My entry wopuld be 'Uncle Pieter cell 06 15456988'
